If so Cumbria Social Enterprise Partnership (CSEP) can possibly help you.

Until early 2015 we are running a programme jointly funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and Cumbria County Council to assist individuals or groups start up their social enterprise. The programme is being delivered by the Wingspan Consulting Consortium on behalf of CSEP.

There are ERDF eligibility criteria that need to be satisfied and a decision is usually provided after the initial meeting with your allocated advisor.

Office Space to Rent in The Old Stables, Penrith

The Old Stables, Redhills, as the name implies, is a single storey conversion from a stable block arranged in 4 wings around a courtyard setting. The building comprises of 12 office spaces, two meeting rooms (16 seater and 8 seater), reception, photocopier and mail room, wc’s and a shower plus a fully equipped kitchen and staff room for the users of the building. Outside there is car parking for 30 and a pretty courtyard with benches and tables for use in warm weather!

Membership of the Partnership is free and open to all Cumbria social enterprises.
