Cumbria County Council's Future Job Fund

 
Cumbria County Council announced the official start of its Future Jobs Fund programme which can provide support for employers to create new jobs for 18-24 year old unemployed young people.  The Council has enough funding to support the creation of 128 new jobs across Cumbria between now and the end of May and is already starting to advertise new Future Jobs Fund jobs in Job centres across the County – with 9 new vacancies over the last couple of days.

 

 
This programme provides an excellent opportunity to create new jobs for 18-24 year olds and for employers to receive up to £6,500 to support their wage costs.
